In a Spine/leaf topology, if you have configured a L2Evpn over Bgp/Evpn/Vxlan it is possible that a mac address will be blacklisted if it will move too often between 2 leaf.
In this case you can verify by typing the follow command on switch console
show bgp evpn host-flapif one on more mac-address are blacklisted it is possible to clear and troubleshoot the issu of move by sending a clear
clear bgp evpn host-flap
